01 — The Project
Designed as a family of four distinct residences — each with its own character, parking, and outdoor space — The Camden was conceived as a small, considered counterpoint to the towers reshaping Vancouver's west side.
From the street-facing principal residence to the lane-side coach house with its private rooftop, every dwelling at The Camden was finished with custom millwork, high vaulted ceilings, and chef-inspired kitchens. The project sold out shortly after completion in 2014.
02 — The Dwellings
Each residence at The Camden was designed to stand on its own — distinct in plan, character and outlook, yet woven together by the same craftsmanship and attention to detail.
Unit 01
132 West 13th Avenue
The Street House brilliantly radiates the notion of open concept — functional, trendy and bright. Large bedrooms, two-and-a-half exquisitely designed bathrooms and a chef-inspired kitchen complement almost 18 ft of vaulted ceiling and custom millwork. Elegant french doors lead out to a large covered patio and private front yard.
Unit 02
132 West 13th Avenue
Spacious, bright and stylish — the Lane House inspires the inspired. Custom wainscotting and classic millwork complement spectacular high ceilings. Two bedrooms, a den, dazzling window seats and front and rear private entries make it a perfect fit for any urban family.
Unit 03

Enchanting luxury on one level — the Garden House offers over 900 sq ft of optimal design. Fabulous high ceilings amplify a sense of spaciousness across two bedrooms and two bathrooms, with a chef-inspired kitchen of plenty of counter space and sleek stainless appliances in perfect balance with the open living area.

136 West 13th Avenue
Elegant in design, extravagant in finishings — meant to be thoroughly lived in. The Camden was a collaboration between a small, deliberate group — a developer, an architect and a builder — each known for thoughtful, human-scale work in Vancouver.
Developer
A Vancouver-based firm offering a full array of development solutions — participating in real-estate projects as developer, consultant, investor and project manager. Their expertise is in small-to-medium density residential development, from elegant single-family homes to boutique townhouses.
Architecture & Design
A Vancouver-based architectural design firm pairing west-coast design with community awareness and environmental responsibility. They specialize in heritage restoration and character-style new construction — many of their designs grace Mount Pleasant.
Builder
A commercial and residential contracting company serving Metro Vancouver since 2002. Originally a finishing carpentry and millwork firm, Nordic now offers a full menu of contracting and renovation services — with special attention to finishing detail, ethical construction and energy-efficient design.
