Designed as a family of four distinct residences — each with its own character, parking, and outdoor space — The Camden was conceived as a small, considered counterpoint to the towers reshaping Vancouver's west side.

From the street-facing principal residence to the lane-side coach house with its private rooftop, every dwelling at The Camden was finished with custom millwork, high vaulted ceilings, and chef-inspired kitchens. The project sold out shortly after completion in 2014.
